4-Week Beginners Fitness Course

We understand joining a new gym can be intimidating for people new fitness.  Lots of new faces, you may feel too out of shape, you don’t want to be the only “newbie” in a class full of regulars.

So what we did was we developed a 4-week comprehensive Beginners Fitness course.

We start this 4-week Beginners course on the first Tuesday of every month. We offer 3 classes per week for this course, where every class you will learn a completely new skill and every WOD (Workout of the Day) will be different.  Classes for this course are on Tuesdays, Thursdays at 7pm, and Saturdays at 9am.  You can start on any week but it must start on the Tuesday class.

We understand that sometimes the Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday times may be inconvenient for you but it’s only for a few weeks.  If you absolutely can not make these class times please contact us and we can see what we can do.

Before you can take any of our regular Fitness classes you must complete all 4-weeks of this course.  If you miss one of the days you can easily make up that class the following month when it cycles around again.  Please try to make these class times as it is very important you learn how to do everything properly and safely before attending the class times better for you.
